Welcome to The  Aromatic Cedar Association Website.

The  Aromatic Cedar Association formerly Oklahoma Redcedar Association's (ORA) goals are to provide information regarding the management and utilization of "aromatic cedar" - "Eastern Redcedar" , connect businesses, individuals and government agencies together to promote and develop the eastern Redcedar industry.

• To provide information about management and control of eastern red cedar.
• To increase awareness of marketing opportunities for eastern Redcedar.
• To improve utilization of a valuable resource- " Aromatic Red Cedar".

2009 ACA Convention will be in coordination with Forestry on the Grow. It will take place September 23-25, with the 24th being the day of the ACA annual meeting.  Thursday is open to the public and free...the only cost is lunch for $10 per person.  Speakers will include Mr. Steve Flick, Mr. Rick Buchard and Dr. Craig McKinley.  Also there will be sessions going on throughout the day along with demonstrations.  For more information contact Ouachita Mountain RC&D, Inc. at 918-423-2479 or the website www.omrcd.org.
